How to Reserve
Scroll down and select the number of adults and children in your group.
On the calendar, click on each day you wish to reserve.
Scroll below the calendar to review your total price, then complete all required fields (highlighted in blue).
Click “Make Reservation” to confirm your booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your reservation details and receipt.

Minimum Stays
Some dates have a minimum stay requirement of more than one night. If your selected dates don’t meet the minimum, a red notice will appear above the personal and payment information section, letting you know the required number of nights.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be fair and flexible when that happens.
If you need to cancel:
60 days or more before your arrival: You’ll receive a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee and the credit card processing fee.
30–60 days before your arrival: You’ll receive a 50% refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee and the credit card processing fee.
Less than 30 days before your arrival: The full reservation amount is non-refundable.
If we’re able to re-book all or part of your reservation, we’ll happily refund the re-booked nights (at the re-booking rate), less the $25 cancellation fee and credit card processing fee.
Storms and Weather
Because mountain weather can be unpredictable, we don’t issue refunds for storms or bad weather unless state or local officials declare a mandatory evacuation.
If an evacuation is ordered, we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent for guests currently staying,
Any unused portion of rent for guests who choose to delay their arrival until after the evacuation order is lifted, and
Any advance rent paid for reservations scheduled to arrive during the evacuation period.
Unexpected Events
If there’s a power outage or another situation beyond our control, any refund will be at the discretion of the Little Bird Cabin Rentals owners. We always do our best to handle things with understanding and fairness.
